Specialists of KM Partners successfully challenging and cancellation in the court of two resolutions on imposing fine, and an order from the State Construction and Architectural Inspection of Ukraine. In this case we managed to prove that the client had not committed the violations in the construction sphere which he had been accused in. With successful resolution of this case we also protected the client from a threat of closing the entire plant, which was very probable, should the challenged decisions stay effective.
