Team of KM Partners lawyers successfully represented interests of the client in a number of cases concerned debt recovery by the bank on credit agreements, guarantee agreements and enforcement under agreements of the pledge and a mortgage. Five cases were heard in commercial courts, one in the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine. In the process of the consideration parties settled a dispute. The arbitration case is solved for benefit of the client (the decision on the abandonment of claim). Proceeding on all cases were ceased without additional court expenses on the client’s side.
