Team of KM Partners successfully supported of the case in courts of the first instance and the appeal instance. Based on the decision of the appeal court the debtor actually fulfilled the court decision and paid the awarded amount and compensated the court fee to the client. The case was related to a debt recovery from the distributor for the delivered goods.
The case was complicated by the availability of defects in the controversial primary documents and the necessity to prove the delivered goods cost and the overestimation of the returned goods cost in a complex, in conjunction with evidences, and not just by the primary documents.
