On April 21, 2016 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine during its 33rd plenary session has considered the issue regarding adoption of the Draft Law No. 3448 “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding Peculiarities of Criminal Process in Cases related to Taxes and Charges” was considered.
Under the results of the review, the deputies decided to report out the Draft Law for revision to the Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy. The course of the review may be seen from the shorthand report of the session, an excerpt of which is attached.
