KM Partners acted as legal advisor for Archer Software in the transaction on sale of assets to Cprime

acted as a legal advisor to Archer Software, a Ukrainian custom software development Company, in the transaction on sale of the Company’s assets to Cprime, the US market leader in Agile, DevOps and Atlassian Consulting.

The ’s team assisted the Company with legal and tax issues during the transaction, including analysis of the tax consequences of the transaction, work on the asset purchase agreement, legal support within the process of transfer of rights to tangible and intangible assets of the Ukrainian company (trademark, software, customer base, etc.) to the new owner.
