The last meeting of the UBA Committee on Tax and Customs Law this year was held on December 13, 2019. The meeting was devoted to discussing the issue «Criminal component of tax disputes is relevant judicial practice».
Alexander Minin, Senior Partner at 
participated in the discussion. At the meeting experts analyzed the judicial practice in criminal cases with tax element, discussed the creation of the Bureau of Financial Investigations, tax fraud, fraud with financial resources and tax fraud with VAT in the context of struggling with tax evasion.
