The IV specialized conference on “Transfer pricing in Ukraine. A game in proactive mode” was held on March 17, 2017, organized with support from 
partner company.
Ivan Shynkarenko, the partner of , delivered the report and shared the conclusions based on practical experience on the judicial protection of taxpayers in disputes concerning application of transfer pricing rules. In particular, he considered two main types of disputes concerning transfer pricing issues and provided practical examples of disputes, namely: on procedural issues and actually on issues of compliance with the “arm’s length” principle.
Mr. Shynkarenko analyzed features of judicial protection of taxpayers, described the effective strategies of protection depending on dispute type, and also covered the prospects of the court practice development under transfer pricing rules.
