, gave a public master class on “Administrative appeal of the decisions of controlling authorities” within Law week for students of the Legal Clinic of the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”.
Mariia dwelt on the practical issues of tax surcharges within the administrative appeal procedure, considered algorithm of actions of taxpayers via examples of real cases in preparation for tax audits, tax audits conduction and results appeal of such administrative audits.
