On March 14, 2019, Maxim Oleksiyuk, Partner at 
and Alexander Shvorak, Senior of Counsel, held a seminar “The Audits of the State Ecological Inspection 2019”.
Within the seminar specialists of considered the legislative regulation of similar audits the reasons for denying the access for audit conduction, the possible consequences of inspections and ability to appeal decisions of the State Ecological Inspection. During the seminar specialists of discussed the main directions of audits and provided practical advice regarding preparation, support and appeal of inspections.
