Yuliia Kryvomaz has been re-elected to the Council of the UBA Committee on Tax and Customs Law for a third term

January 16, 2026

The Ukrainian Bar Association (the UBA) has formed the councils of its first-group committees for 2026-2027. Yuliia Kryvomaz, Senior Of Counsel at , has been re-elected to the UBA Committee on Tax and Customs Law for a third term.

At the core of Yuliia’s programme is a focus on the practical needs of business, dialogue with courts and public authorities, analysis of current case law, and the search for solutions where standard approaches no longer deliver effective results. The goal is to ensure that the Committee serves not only as a platform for discussion, but also as an active participant in shaping the tax and customs environment.

Yuliia also highlights an important and non-standard direction of work: the creation of a professional brainstorming space within the Committee. This platform will allow legal professionals to openly discuss even bold and unconventional ideas aimed at developing fundamentally new mechanisms of interaction between business and the state.

We thank everyone who participated in the election process and are pleased to contribute to strengthening the role of the professional community in shaping a balanced, predictable, and business-oriented tax and customs environment.

We wish Yuliia every success. Together, we look forward to continuing our work on solutions that truly work for both business and the legal community.
